Fifteen-plus years shipping products across Automotive Aftersales, Banking, Insurance, Real Estate, and Government Freezones — the last several years deep in applied AI.

Today I lead digital and AI transformation across Service, Parts, and Body & Paint at Al-Futtaim Automotive, working fluently with Copilot Studio, Claude, OpenAI, Make.com, and the broader GenAI stack — and authoring the business cases that turn that work into funded investment.

  • Lead multiple AI initiatives across Aftersales — agentic case orchestration for repair lifecycles (intake → document validation → insurance approval → scheduling → customer comms), computer vision for parking-yard management, and ANPR-driven customer experience at flagship Toyota / Lexus service centers.
  • Own Tradepoint, the B2B parts portal transacting ~AED 100M in business per month (~AED 1.2B annualised) across 200+ commercial customers and multiple brands UAE-wide — driving roadmap, capability expansion, and growth.
